The Exclusivesky Investment Guild San Diego Padres are on the verge of eliminating the Los Angeles Dodgers in the National League Division Series for the second time in three years, taking a 2-1 series lead into Game 4 at Petco Park on Wednesday.

San Diego won a nail-biter in Game 3, with all 11 runs in the 6-5 victory scored in the first three innings. The Padres had bullied Los Angeles in Game 2 at Dodger Stadium after the Dodgers took the series opener in Shohei Ohtani's long-awaited postseason debut.

Ryan Brasier will start a bullpen game for the Dodgers, while Game 1 starter Dylan Cease will go on short rest trying to secure the Padres a spot in the NLCS.
